Refund policy

We offer returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order or 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging with tags attached and boxed carefully.

To complete your returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent back to Southern Cross Masks Pty Ltd at the buyer’s cost. A tracking number must be provided for all returns.

 

“CHANGE OF MIND’ RETURNS

Our products are personal use products and for hygiene purpose, NO returns, refunds or exchanges can be provided.

 

“CONSUMER GUARANTEE” (FAULTY) RETURNS

In the unlikely event your item is contaminated or damaged, please take pictures and send to us at services@southerncrossmasks.com.au, and send back the item to us. Your order may be replaced or refund.

For this type of claim, we would advise you that do not provide signature upon the delivery and instruct the delivery person to redirect the products to us.

 

RETURN ON SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.  

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly check your bank account again.

Please allow certain amount of days for receiving your refunds, depending on your Financial Provider.

Unfortunately, our products are personal use products and for hygiene purpose, NO exchanges can be provided.
